Is Pelora free?

Yes — Pelora is free to download with a generous free tier that includes shot logging, protein and water tracking, side-effect check-ins, weight trends, and CSV/JSON export, with no time limit. Pelora Premium is planned for advanced insights and report tools.

Which medications does Pelora support?

Pelora works with Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Mounjaro®, Saxenda®, Rybelsus®, and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide — on both weekly and daily routines. You set your own medication and schedule.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your logs are stored locally on your iPhone. Pelora includes no third-party analytics SDK, no ad tracking, and no Firebase. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including the optional Premium cloud backup feature.

How do I back up my data?

You can export a full CSV or JSON copy anytime for free from Settings. Premium subscribers can also turn on automatic backup to their own private iCloud account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Pelora → Cancel. You keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

The app is not working. What should I do?

First, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us directly with a description of the problem and your iOS version.
